System requirements

Woof! is platform independent and should run under a supported web server on any system on which Tcl 8.6 is available. Woof! will not work with earlier versions of Tcl.

The following web servers are supported by Woof!:

In addition, Woof! provides an interface for writing an adapter for web servers that do not support either CGI or SCGI.

Woof! is also includes a built-in Web server, BowWow, for development or quick try-out purposes.
